Our virtual shop is open 24/7, rain or shine. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are working cross-functionally to implement all relevant health measures for our team and business partners. Our goal is to keep everyone safe, including you!

Where does Potion ship?

Domestic only: We’re here for (and legal in!) all 50 states.

When will my order ship?

Place your order online, and we’ll start processing on the same business day (the next if your order comes in after 1PM EST). After 1-2 days time, your order is handed off to a carrier, and on its way to you! You’ll receive timely shipment notifications and a tracking number via email until your Not Pot has not-not arrived.

Help! I'm having problems with the tracking.

Hang on for another day or two—sometimes carriers can be delayed to register shipments. Still no luck? Send us an email right away at hello@buypotion.com, and we’ll figure it out together.

What’s your return policy?

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. However, we love hearing from customers and are always looking to improve future formulations and products. If you have any suggestions, please email us at hello@buypotion.com.

What’s the age limit on your products?

All orders are under your discretion of purchase. All of our products are hemp derived and are federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. Our products either contain 0 THC or under the legal limit which is <0.3% of THC Delta-9. We advise that you check with your local state laws as they vary across the United States regarding hemp products. In most states, our products are not to be purchased for anyone under the age of 18 or 21.
